JOB OFFER: Integrated Customer Services Assistant - Admin


We are looking for candidate who will deliver high quality financial and administrative support for the delivery of British Council’s customer service to internal and external customers.


SALARY 3300 PLN gross/month
DURATION Full time
CLOSING DATE Friday 05 June 2015

The post holder will be responsible for:

Cooperation with Teaching Centre, Exams and Integrated Customer Services teams in following areas:

monitoring bank statements and keeping record of customers payments
preparing income reconciliation
issuing invoices and monitoring payments
registration of IELTS candidates and Teaching Centre Students
updating monthly budget spending and preparing data for standard journals quarterly
cash handling responsibility
We expect:

experience with finance (monitoring and reporting; receipt and invoicing process; payment process, statutory reporting)
excellent team working and organisational skills
very good communication skills in both Polish and English
experience in customer care
knowledge of SAP system
