Job description

- Coordinate financial reporting and closing processes (monthly, quarterly and yearly) under local GAAP, for statutory and regulatory reporting
- Take responsibility for the planning and the realization of investment budgets and monitor the profitability of investment projects
- Take initiatives to improve cash flow, prepare monthly and yearly cash-flow forecasts
-Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to category teams and local management
- Plan, direct and monitor all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
- Ensure the organization understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivering promised results
- Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions
- Lead, manage and develop the local controlling team
Who we are looking for

- University degree in finance/economics, professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- At least 7 years of experience in finance in an international dynamic environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communicator, proven experience of influencing others
- Hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
- Strong business acumen and internal/external customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve objectives
-Fluent English
