Our Client is one of the most recognized designer and manufacturer of luxury goods. The company sells through it's own distribution channel and selective multi-brand boutiques across the globe. Currently, are searching for an experienced candidate to take overall responsibility for customer service department that includes customer complaints, repairs, spare parts and technical support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who is looking for a challenging role in an exciting, innovative company on the position of Customer Service Manager.

Job description

- Manage and develop the activities of the Customer Service department
- Motivate the team and create an environment of overall collaboration in the department
- Lead National Technical Service Centre, monitor spare parts stock value and workflow of repairs
- Take care of extraordinary customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Work closely with authorised repair network to ensure standards are maintained
- Develop the Customer Service budget and control expenditure
- Continuously raise the level of customer service

Who we are looking for

- Master Degree in micro-technique engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years experience in a multi-brand, international and service oriented company
- Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service Manager with responsibility for technical service centre
- Skilled to match and manage personnel of various mentalities and characters
- Capable to rapidly propose solutions and solve disagreement
- Enthusiastic, high-energy, passionate to make a difference
- Having basic financial management knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of French, German and SAP will be an asset
