JOB OFFER: Team Assistant

For our Client - a leading global management consultancy - we are currently seeking Team Assistant with excellent English & German, who will be responsible for remote executive administrative support to principals based abroad.

Duties will include maintaining diaries, arranging travel, processing expense reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining and updating client contact database.

We are looking for independent multitaskers with excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people across all levels and strong focus on service. Excellent English and German (written & spoken) are a must. We expect first experience in administrative or customer service positions in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines as well as sense of organization. Good computer (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and typing skills are desirable.

Experience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a similar professional services industry will be an asset.
