The successful Candidate will be responsible for providing customer service on the Ukrainian market. The Customer Service Specialist will be liable for solving and escalating the occurring software problems. The role involves using soft skills, properly handling the issues and following internal procedures. First weeks on the job will be devoted to an extensive training and preparing for the role by learning about the products, services and related software.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent Ukrainian language and a good level of English. Experience in customer support will be an asset. Interest in new technologies and IT literacy is essential for the role. Our Client is looking for well educated, motivated and communicative individuals.
